There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not as per your order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost, provided the product is unused. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team through the website, within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

The return process of a movie can be restricted depending on production house and quality of product.

Conditions for return :

1. Please intimate us of about receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 2 days of delivery.

2. Products/Items should not be tampered with physically.

3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

4. It is advised that while returning it should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there are no further damages.

In case of return, we will process refund after receiving the goods. The refund time may vary depending on the mode of payment used, availability and other factors.

 

Refund

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the condition of product received, we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven days of your purchase. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund. Refunds will not be given if the goods have been tampered with or opened. In case of return, we will process refund after receiving the goods. The refund time may vary depending on the mode of payment used.

1. Orders paid via Credit card / Debit card will be refunded to credit back to the credit / debit card within 45  working days and refund can reflect in next statement.

2. Orders paid via NetBanking will be credited back to your bank account.

3. For any other modes of payment, we will be issuing a cheque. The cheque will be written in the favour of name as mentioned to be during "billing" provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

Heartvideo has a liberal cancellation policy. We believe in strong customer service. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before ordering.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.

No cancellations will be entertained on goods purchased under special orders and using coupons.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will take appropriate action after reviewing your request.
